Honolulu County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and has no government affiliation. It is not a sheriff's office, jail, corrections department, court, or private investigation firm. Neither this service nor its advertising partners are a consumer reporting agency, and no information may be used for an FCRA-covered purpose.
What the Service Provides
The pages organize public links such as the HPD arrest-log index, DCR SAVIN/VINELink, the Hawaii Department of Law Enforcement, Sheriff Division, Oahu Community Correctional Center information, and Hawaii Judiciary access. The service stores no official jail, arrest, court, or booking-photo database. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, file a court document, or give legal advice.
References to Hawaii public records are general information about UIPA, Chapter 92F, HPD policy, criminal-history limits, and the current record paths. The originating office's current policy controls.
